Duncan Bonine is the managing broker at DBW Realty, Inc., a family owned, full service real estate brokerage located in the heart of the Big Horn Basin.
From a ranching background in SE Montana and an AAS degree in Agricultural Education from Northwest College, Duncan came to the real estate industry through an agronomy/farm & ranch sales career and a residential construction business, where he retains a general contractor license. He spent 12 years as an instructor for Northwest College’s Center for Training and Development, teaching workforce development classes in computer skills, MS Office and specializing in MS Excel.
Service, knowledge and integrity are the cornerstones from which DBW Realty was built and Duncan puts them into practice daily, not just in his own business, but in the community and industry. With eight consecutive years of service on the board of directors for the Northwest WY Board of Realtors, including as the 2017 President, Duncan’s passion for professionalism, integrity and credibility is widely recognized among his peers and second to none.
Duncan was selected as the 2017 Realtor of the Year for the Northwest WY Board of Realtors and served on the Wyoming Realtors Board of Directors as the 2018-19 Northwest District Vice-President. Currently, Duncan is serving as the 2021 President-Elect of the Wyoming Realtors as well as serving on the National Association of Realtors Safety Advisory Committee.
He was recently appointed to the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission and has served as the Construction Coordinator for Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity.
