I began working with Duncan in the early summer of 2016, when I decided to buy an investment property in downtown Cody, WY. I was ultimately looking for a "fixer upper" or a home that I could completely renovate/restore and then either flip or keep as a rental property! What I appreciated most about Duncan was his patience and his vast understanding and experience in construction! In addition to his real estate business, he owns and operates DBW Construction, which I found to be very useful and what I believe sets him apart for ALL other brokers and agents in the area! Not only is he a wonderful broker, but he can walk through a property and immediately see the issues that each property might face in renovation, which is invaluable in negotiations and renovations! He never tried to SELL me a home, but rather allowed me to form my own opinions. Yet, if asked, he is full of knowledge and guidance in regards to the cost of improvements, home renovation issues, foundation issues, etc... In the end, he found me a historic 1918 home, with all original wood work, hard wood floors, etc... located in the heart of Cody! And when it came time for negotiations, he far exceeded my expectations, and we agreed on a sales price I am extremely happy with! I highly recommend Duncan and will be working with him again!

Duncan was extremely helpful through all facets of the home selling process. From creating a detailed and thorough listing, to properly handling a major setback with a potential buyer, to always answering my questions, however numerous they were, he always made time and was extremely professional.
